Open Wheel Sessions

We’re so excited to be offering something new at Wish - open wheel sessions! This is perfect for those who have experience throwing on the wheel and are looking for a space to work on their projects.

Our open wheel time is open to those who have completed a 6-week wheel course at Wish, or experienced potters who have been evaluated by a Wish instructor. This is NOT a guided class - these are independent practice sessions with no instruction.

We’ll be offering 2 different options for our open wheel sessions:

Drop-In

Our drop-in sessions are $30 per hour. This includes the use of the wheels and any tools you may need. This price does NOT include clay and firing.

The cost for clay is $2 per pound.

Firing is $15 per piece - this includes bisque firing, glazing, and second firing.

Monthly Membership

Our monthly membership is $150 per month for unlimited sessions. The pricing for clay and firing is the same as the drop-in sessions.

Monthly members have the option to bring their own low fire clay, but it must be approved by the kiln manager prior to use.

Members will also have dedicated shelf space to store their works in progress.

Both drop-in sessions and monthly members are expected to clean their wheel and station within 15 minutes of their time slot ending. When booking back-to-back sessions, the extra 15 minutes is yours as a bonus window.
